Question for everybody!

Hello eveerybody!
my name is stinkypants, (something the kiddies call me), or mark if you prefer!
i aint no professional, i am in awe of the stuff i see you people making, it makes me feel quite inadequate!
but i had an idea for a pop-up mechanism that had a purpose, which was to allow a small ball to traverse a creation.
so i tried to make a kids story book.
i failed.
and then i modified a malteser chocolate box to make it fun.
and here is the box after i retro-fitted my creation on it...

i tried to get the chocolate makers interested, and failed.
i tried many pop-up engineers, and packaging companies, and failed!
so currently i am in the middle of making generic non-brand box, for christmas, which would have white chocolate balls rolling through a snowman scene!
aaanyway, i have a question for everybody here...
has anybody seen this idea utilised anywhere before?
